Part of our Gluco Extend overview. Last checked October 20, 2026.
Gluco Extend complaints are hard to find in public records: the BBB returned no profile[4], and openFDA's CAERS database held 0 adverse event reports for the name on October 20, 2026[7]. That does not mean buyers are happy. It means the product is new, with a domain registered in January 2025, and the problems we can confirm are on the sales page itself.
What do Gluco Extend complaints and buyer reports say?
We found no public complaint record we could read, so the useful findings come from the vendor's own pages. Those show a product with no published Supplement Facts label, an "11+ ingredients" claim with 6 named, and a guarantee box that talks about "brain health" instead of blood sugar[1].
The sales page also shows "127,000 reviews" and "97% of customers order 6 bottles" with no source. The testimonial headlines name Jason Thompson, Mindy Winslow and Mark Winters, while the cards underneath name Jason Thompson, Portia Thompson and Theo Franklin[1]. Portia Thompson and Theo Franklin also appear on the sales page of a dental product.
Trustpilot blocked our request and had no archived copy, so Trustpilot feedback is NOT checked[5]. Reddit threads were not part of this check either.
Where does Gluco Extend buyer feedback come from?
Feedback sources differ in how much you can trust them. A complaint body with your order number is worth more than a star count on a sales page. Here is what each source showed on October 20, 2026.
| Source | What it can tell you | Limitation |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor testimonials | How the seller wants the product seen | Names do not match their cards; no platform named |
| BBB | Formal complaints and seller replies | No Gluco Extend profile found |
| Trustpilot | Open buyer ratings | NOT checked (blocked, 403) |
| openFDA CAERS | Adverse events reported to the FDA | No records; reporting is voluntary |
| openFDA recalls | Food or drug recalls | None found |
| FDA warning letters | Enforcement against the seller | NOT checked |
An empty database is not proof of safety. Few people file FDA reports for supplements, and a product under two years old has had little time to collect formal complaints.
What do complaints usually focus on?
With blood sugar supplements sold through ClickBank, complaints tend to fall into refunds, unexpected charges and lack of results. The table shows what each type may point to and what you can verify for Gluco Extend before ordering.
| Complaint type | What it may indicate | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Refund refused | Return rules not met | All bottles returned, arriving within 180 days, note with ClickBank Order ID[2] |
| Extra charges | Upsells accepted at checkout | Statement lines starting CLKBANK*gluco |
| No change in readings | Unknown doses, or the product does not work for you | Ask for the Supplement Facts label |
| Stomach upset | Berberine is known for mild gut effects[8] | Stop and tell your doctor |
| Low blood sugar on medication | Berberine or gymnema adding to diabetes drugs[9] | Check with your prescriber first |
| Slow delivery | The vendor gives two shipping times | 7 to 10 days (FAQ) vs 5 to 7 (shipping page) |
See a doctor right away if you notice shaking, sweating, confusion or a racing heartbeat, yellow skin or eyes, or a rash with swelling. More detail is on our Gluco Extend side effects page.
Can sales-page testimonials be trusted?
Treat the Gluco Extend testimonials as advertising, not evidence. They carry "Verified Purchase" tags with no store named, and the names in the headlines do not match the names on the cards[1].
The FTC expects endorsements in US advertising to reflect the honest experience of real users, and expects typical results to be clear. A testimonial that cannot be traced to a buyer or a platform gives you nothing to check. The "127,000 reviews" figure has the same problem: no site, no date, no link.
The doctor endorsement is similar. "Dr. Recommended Paul Donnelly" is described as a physician assistant, shown beside a photo labelled as a doctor. If a claim matters to your decision, ask the vendor where it comes from before you pay.
How do you judge a testimonial before believing it?
Run any Gluco Extend testimonial through four quick checks. If it fails two, give it no weight.
1. Can you find the platform?
A real rating links to Amazon, Trustpilot or another public site. "Verified Purchase" alone is a label anyone can type.
2. Does the name match everywhere?
On this sales page it does not. Mismatched names suggest the card was reused.
3. Is the result specific and plausible?
A dated blood test with a doctor's note means more than "I feel amazing".
4. Does the same person appear on other products?
Search the name with "supplement". Two Gluco Extend names also appear on a dental product's page.
What refund problems should you check before ordering?
Most refund disputes come from the fine print, and Gluco Extend has four points to read. The shipping page requires every bottle back, used or not, including bonus bottles, at your own postage cost, arriving at 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 within 180 days of purchase[2].
- "Every single cent" on the sales page vs buyer-paid return shipping
- "Return what you haven't used" vs "return ALL bottles"
- The deadline is the arrival date, not the date you mail it
- International shipping, $30 per product, is never refunded
ClickBank order support is at 1-800-390-6035[3]. Our Gluco Extend price and refund guide lists what each package costs back.
How we gathered this feedback
On October 20, 2026, we read the vendor's sales, shipping, support and affiliate pages, searched the BBB, tried Trustpilot (blocked, no Wayback copy), and searched openFDA recall and CAERS records for "gluco extend", "glucoextend" and the vendor ID "glucofix"[6][7]. We did not read FDA warning letters or Reddit. We wrote no buyer quotes because we found none we could verify. Our method is on the how we check products page.
Our take on the feedback
There is no wave of public Gluco Extend complaints to report, and also no independent praise. The firm points are on the vendor's page: no label, unsourced numbers, borrowed testimonials and a strict refund. If you order, keep your ClickBank Order ID, track the 180-day arrival deadline, decline unplanned upsells, and check the formula with your doctor if you take diabetes medicine. Our Gluco Extend legitimacy check covers the seller in more depth.

Frequently asked questions
Are there Gluco Extend complaints on the BBB?
No. A BBB search for Gluco Extend on October 20, 2026 returned no business profile, so there were no complaints or seller replies to read. The product's domain was only registered in January 2025.
What do people say about Gluco Extend on Reddit?
We did not check Reddit for this guide, so we cannot summarize it. If you read threads there, look for posts with order details, dates and lab numbers rather than one-line opinions or links to sales pages.
Why was my Gluco Extend refund denied?
The common causes are not returning every bottle, the parcel arriving after day 180, or a missing note with the ClickBank Order ID. Call ClickBank at 1-800-390-6035 with your order number to ask what was missing.
Are the Gluco Extend testimonials real?
We cannot confirm them. They name no platform, the headline names differ from the card names, and two of the people appear on another product's sales page. Give them no weight until the vendor shows where they came from.
How do I report a reaction to Gluco Extend?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. In the US you can also report a supplement reaction to the FDA. Keep the bottle, its lot number and your ClickBank receipt.
